Elizabeth Tinkham

Senior Managing Director, Accenture

Liz is a Senior Managing Director at Accenture and an industry expert in the areas of telecommunications, media and high technology. She leads the Global Microsoft account, managing a team of 5,000 people working throughout the world.

Liz holds a BS in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Ohio State University and an Executive MBA from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland. She is a Board Member of Washington STEM. Liz lives in Seattle with her husband and three children.

Matt Claus

Principal - Claus Advisory Group, LLC.

Matt is a senior business executive with significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, health care administration and business development. Prior to forming Claus Advisory Group, LLC.,  Matt was with Ceridian as Vice President of Business Development where he successfully managed a portfolio of acquisitions, divestitures and strategic agreements.

Matt holds a business degree from Bowling Green and additional accreditations. He is regularly published in The McHenry Advisor. Matt lives in Atlanta with his wife Mary. He enjoys all things outdoors and golfing.

Executive Vice President, Commonwealth Computer Co.

Nikole is the EVP of Commonwealth Computer Company, with more than 22 years of success across the technology industry. Her vast expertise includes leading business transformations. Throughout her extensive career, Nikole has held leadership positions with Commonwealth Trading Company, The ASIC Group, and Accenture.

Nikole holds a BBA in Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin - Red McCombs School of Business as well as an MSTC in Science & Technology Commercialization - also from the University of Texas at Austin.

After building and running foundations for Oprah Winfrey and the Crown Family in Chicago, Caren started Croland Consulting to help high net worth families, institutions and businesses develop philanthropic practices in line with their values.

 

Caren is a thought leader in the philanthropic sector with a focus on innovation, cross generation engagement, strategic planning and evaluation. She helps philanthropic and social sector professionals realize efficiency and potential using evidence based tools in changing landscapes.

Caren has a degree in Broadcast Journalism from Emerson College and a certificate in nonprofit strategic leadership from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.

She enjoys coaching, mentoring, and working alongside people who believe they can make the world a better place.
