"Asabiem is a very remote village in the Central Region of Ghana, West Africa. Upon our first visitation we found children who were dying from curable diseases (Typhoid, Malaria), drinking contaminated water and desiring an education but the structure made out of Bamboo and leaves had collapsed. The genuineness of their hearts and the reality that because of the remoteness of the location, if we did not commit to them the chances of someone coming to partner with them to improve their lives was extremely slim. We simply could not leave without committing our lives to improving their lives. Having adopted two babies from Ghana and sponsoring five additional students and sending them to a local boarding school, I know personally the impact of partnership upon their lives." --Dr. Alexis Fielder, Chief Delivery Officer
