Developing Communities

The Facts: Permanent social and economic infrastructure investments in a community stimulates market activity by creating jobs, increasing household and business income, and reducing the cost of public services.

The Strategy: Work with local delivery partners to develop social and economic infrastructure, including schools, wells, orphanages, banks, farms, food pantries, clinics, and housing. Ensure that governments, nonprofits, entrepreneurs, or other local stakeholders operate and maintain these investments.
